Hi, I’m Kristine Miller — but most people just call me “The Camper Rental Lady.”

Fourteen years ago, I didn’t set out to become an author. I set out to figure out how to make a camper pay for itself. One RV turned into two, then a real fleet, then two full companies — and somewhere along the way, I learned everything the hard way: through 3am phone calls, expensive mistakes, and a whole lot of trial and error nobody warns you about.

Today, I run two RV and camper rental businesses in Mississippi, manage a fleet of dozens of units, and have logged over 228,600 delivery miles (yes, I’ve counted). I’ve cleaned more campers than I can count, dumped more toilets than I ever imagined signing up for, and built a business that’s brought in over $780,000 in services and cleaning fees along the way.

I wrote From Campers to Cashflow because I kept meeting people who wanted to do what I do, but had no idea where to start — and I remembered exactly what that felt like. This book is everything I wish someone had handed me on day one: the real numbers, the real mistakes, and the real roadmap, minus the fluff.
